I loved this Starbucks! For the 4 months I was working near Stevens Point/Wassau, they always had my order ready when I ordered through the mobile app. And - they ended up remembering my name after only a few weeks.

I have patronized the Crossroads Starbucks nearly daily since soon Γ°ΕΈβΕ after it's opening. The staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating. The Baristas have often become friends I see as I enjoy the friendly interior or quick and efficient Drive Through. I enjoy this place and miss it when unable to make my daily stop there.

Sitting in Starbucks at 6:00 am enjoying a large caramel mocha latte and a plain toasted bagel. I'm the only customer inside right now. The bagel is warm and tasty and so is my coffee. Did I mention that I'm retired? Well...It doesn't get any better than this!Stopped by today for a medium peppermint latte and a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Everything was hot and tasty as always. I just also want to comment that the service I received today and every time I come here is awesome too. The employees seem to genuinely care about the customers and always have an early morning friendly greeting and a smile.

Never really thought I would leave a review for a Starbucks. Staff is really nice and respectful. My only issue is the seating. The chairs in particular are comfortable... if you donΓ’β¬β’t have a big body like me. IΓ’β¬β’m not of a huge size by any means, and I fit comfortably in 99% of the chairs I sit in. This Starbucks fits in the 1% category.

We stopped there yesterday. This place has really improved over the last year or two. There is a whole different feel. They have hired a group of uniformly winsome young women. They greet you nicely, and wish you a good day. The service is excellent. As is the coffee.

It's Starbucks. Unless your location is really poorly managed, it will always be a consistent cup of Joe and quality service. As much as I prefer to buy local, it just hasn't worked out for me with local roasters and their employees. Johnson Public House is the exception in the Madison area. Always excellent. Just too far from work!

Love Starbucks and the coffees are great.. Can be rude and not treated very well at all. I have not been back sense Γ’ΛΒΉΓ―ΒΈΒ drive through needs work on being joyful and sweet. I go there to be welcomed so I can have a wonderful day.
